'Line clear' for our 37th Annual Exhibition, this weekend at Stoneleigh, between Coventry & Leamington Spa.
With a day until the exhibition, and only 12 hours before the set-up crew will be on site, we're happy to report that we have a no late changes or issues to report, and so look forward to welcoming as many of you as possible to our exhibition this weekend.
Unlike in the last two years, weather conditions are good, with no snow or ice to clear from the roads; BBC Travel reports no roadworks likely to affect access to the showground, at Stoneleigh Park at the National Agricultural Centre, on the B4113, just off the A46, and with no other major events coinciding at the centre this year plenty of excellent free parking will be available.
We can also confirm that we have sole use of the excellent Strollers Restaurant adjacent to the exhibition hall, which provides a range of food from sandwiches and snacks up to full hot meals.
With 75+ stands, we have a wide range of attractions, with excellent layouts, a broad range of specialist and general traders, other displays of modelling interest, including modelling demonstrations by the team behind the acclaimed Walford Town layout, and our famous second-hand stall, all brought to you in an excellent single level, well lit exhibition hall.
See you this weekend!

As a lead up to the show on 21/22nd Jan the Society stand made on outing to the Royal Priors shopping centre in Leamington Spa yesterday (14th ) in order to promote the show and the Society.
Lots of interest shown by youngsters in Steve Maddisons terrific American railroad layout which hooted and whistled and smoked throughout our time there - well done Steve.
We also geneated a lot of interest in the show, handing out fliers to young and old alike and I think we may even have enticed some lapsed modellers to come along to both the show and the Open Day on Sat 4th Feb. My thanks to Steve & Pat Maddison for bringing along their "Big Trains" to entertain everyone.
My thanks also to Dave Brice, Dave Hewett, Andi Nethercoat, Dave Osborne, Ted Kent and John Tremlett for giving up part of their day to meet and greet and make the event a success.
Lookout for the Society stand at the show and come and say "Hello".

The society display stand was out at the Warley National Exhibition at the NEC over the weekend of November 19th-20th 2011.
This year it was decided to show the N Gauge 'training' layout on the stand as a piece of 'work in progress', and this worked well as a way of starting conversations with the many visitors who stopped by. The stand was used to publicise our exhibition in January 2012, as well as the society as a whole, and also acted as a convenient picnic area for society members visiting the exhibition as customers.
Here are a few photos from Sunday,
