I hereby give notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Leamington & Warwick Model Railway Society to be held on Thursday 23rd February 2012 at the clubrooms, Knightcote at 8:15pm.
The purpose of the EGM is for the Board to present the initial plans for the 2013 exhibition and to gain the approval of the members for this plan with any agreed changes. The meeting will consider the overall size of the exhibition (including trader/layout mix), budget and location.
